Today Howe & Russell, in conjunction with the Stanford Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and local co-counsel, is filing this supplemental brief in AT&T v. Hulteen, No. 07-543, addressing the effect of the recently enacted Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009.  A description of the case, and a collection of the prior briefs, is available here.
