Later today, Kevin of Howe & Russell will file this brief for the petitioner in Meacham v. Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory (06-1505), involving which party bears the burden of persuasion in actions brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act in determining whether the contested employment decision was based on reasonable factors other than age.
