On Tuesday, the Court issued the first merits opinion of the Term in United States v. Bormes. Lyle reported on that decision for the blog.
The Court also issued orders. No new cases were granted in addition to the four it granted on November 9. Lyle also covered Tuesday’s orders.
The Justices are next scheduled to hear oral arguments when the December sitting begins on November 26.
The next Conference is scheduled for November 20. Our list of “Petitions to watch” for that Conference will be available soon.
