In addition to the events Amy noted last week, here are several more Court-related events in the next few weeks:

  • On September 20 at 9:00 a.m. the American Constitution Society will host its Term Preview. Panelists include Lisa Blatt, Elsie Boddie, Tom Goldstein, Ilya Shapiro, and Kenji Yoshino. Adam Winkler will moderate.
  • On September 24 at 4 p.m. Dahlia Lithwick of Slate Magazine will give a lecture in honor of Constitution Day titled “Supreme Court Review: Election-Year Issues and Highlights of the Last Term,” which will also look ahead to the 2012 Term. The talk is free and open to the public; it will be held at the Library of Congress. Tickets are not required.
  • On September 25 at 12:00 p.m. the Heritage Foundation will host its Term Preview. Paul Clement and Tom Goldstein will be joined by host Todd Graziano. A webcast will be available for those unable to attend in person.
