Health care: Post-argument news

The customary encounter of lawyers who have argued a case before the Supreme Court and news reporters will occur as usual outside the Court following next week’s arguments in the health care case, Monday through Wednesday.  But this time, as on previous occasions of high-visibility arguments, there will be broadcast coverage through a network pool.  The details are in this media advisory from the Court.  The morning arguments being held each day are expected to finish close to noon, and the lawyers will be on the plaza in the front of the building shortly after the conclusion of each.  The Wednesday afternoon argument is due to end at about 2 p.m.  Although lawyers for the federal government are involved in each of the arguments, they ordinarily do not meet the press corps after an argument.
