This week at the Court

On Monday the Court was closed in observance of the Martin Luther King holiday.
On Tuesday the Court issued the remaining orders from the January 13 Conference. The Court did not grant any new cases; it called for the views of the Solicitor General in two cases, which Lyle covers here. Lyle previously covered the three cases from the January 13 Conference that were granted last Friday.
On Wednesday the Court issued three opinions.
