This week at the Court

At 10:00 a.m. on Monday the Court issued orders from the December 2 Conference. The Court has granted one new case.
This is the last scheduled week of oral arguments until 2012. The Justices are scheduled to hear two arguments a day Monday through Wednesday.
The last scheduled Conference of 2011 is this Friday. Our list of “Petitions to watch” will be available soon.
