This week at the Court

There are no more oral arguments scheduled for this Term.

On Thursday morning we expect the Court to issue one or more opinions. Brown v. Entertainment Merchants Association (argued in the November sitting) remains the oldest undecided case.  (The full list of cases that have not yet been decided is available here.)  

The Court also will meet for another Conference this Thursday, June 16, the second-to-last Conference of the Term. Our list of “Petitions to Watch” for that Conference is available here.
