This Week at the Court

At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Monday, the Court is expected to issue at least one opinion and to release orders from its February 25 Conference (Our list of “Petitions to Watch†for that Conference is here.). At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on both Tuesday and Wednesday respectively, the Court is expected to issue at least one opinion. We will be covering these developments as they happen – likely in separate “Live Blogs†on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
On Monday, the Court will hear argument in DePierre v. US (09-1533) and Leland Stanford Junior Univ. v. Roche (09-1159).
On Tuesday, the Court will hear argument in Schindler Elevator Corp. v. US ex rel. Kirk (09-1159) and Alford v. Greene (09-1478).
On Wednesday, the Court will hear argument in Bullcoming v. New Mexico (09-10876) and Ashcroft v. al-Kidd (10-98).
On Friday, the Justices are scheduled to meet for their March 4 Conference.  Our list of “Petitions to Watch†for that Conference will be posted before the Conference.
