Today, a panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is hearing arguments in Perry v. Schwarzenegger, a challenge to California’s Proposition 8, which prohibits same-sex couples from marrying.The Ninth Circuit has permitted news organizations to broadcast video coverage of the hearings, which you can watch in the window below.
