Special-edition round-up: Supreme Court OT10 previews
A number of panels and conferences, many of which require pre-registration, are scheduled this month and at the beginning of October to preview the Court's 2010 Term. Details are below.

Los Angeles, CA: Monday, September 20 at 4:30 p.m. The University of Southern California Gould School of Law in Los Angeles will be hosting a Supreme Court preview co-sponsored by school chapters of the American Constitution Society and Federalist Society. The event will be moderated by USC Law Professor Elizabeth Garrett and will feature Kathleen Sullivan of Stanford Law School, John Eastman of Chapman Law School, and Rebecca Brown of USC.
