The week ahead

The Court delivered its final orders and opinions last week, and October Term 2009 is now finished.  The Court is in recess for the summer until October 4.

Respondents’ merits briefs are due Wednesday in Snyder v. Phelps (09-751) and Friday in Harrington v. Richter (09-587).
