Event: San Francisco Term review panel

A local chapter of the Federal Bar Association is sponsoring a review panel of October Term 2009 on Wednesday, July 21 in San Francisco. The panel will discuss all of the big issues raised in cases during the Term, as well as “inside baseball†views of the Court and docket. The panelists are:
- Hon. Marsha Berzon, Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; former clerk to Justice William Brennan
- Professor Rory Little, U.C. Hastings College of the Law; former law clerk to Justices Brennan, Stevens, and Stewart
- Kristin Linskley Myles, Munger Tolles & Olson LLP; former law clerk to Justice Scalia
- Professor Anne Joseph O’Connell, U.C. Berkeley Law School; former law clerk to Justice Ginsburg
