Death of Barrett McGurn

Barrett McGurn, a former public information officer at the Court, died on July 2 at the age of ninety-five.  During his nine years at the Court, McGurn also served as a personal assistant to the Chief Justice, Warren Burger.  McGurn’s obituary appears in the Washington Post.
