The Supreme Court is expected to issue final decisions in pending cases on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, the Court announced Friday afternoon.  The Court issued three orders on Friday, all dealing with oral argument arrangements.  Further orders will be issued at 10 a.m. Monday.  The Court resumes hearing oral argument Monday following release of those orders.  The list of counsel arguing in the next two weeks is here.  (Note that former U.S. Solicitor General Gregory G. Garre will be making two arguments, on Monday of the first week in a students’ rights case [08-1371] and then on Tuesday of the following week in a major environmental case [09-475].)
